New team in 2002

In 2002 a new constructor will be entering the scene of formula 1. there name Toyota. With the expertise and talent of Mika Salo who drove for Sauber in 2000 and Ferrari for a few race in 1999, Toyota are building a racing outfit of the car. It can be expected that they will enter with a bang, backed with a big budget and a power packed car, after careful planning for their entry into formula 1 for the last few years. With the help of Salo they can only get better, so be ready for the massive launch next year in 2002 for the new team on the block Toyota.

British American racing had a dreadful first year but quickly moved up the ranks in 2002overtaking Jordan in the constructors finishing a well placed 5th. If Toyota can do this well from the start it could be the start of a team which could challenge the like of Ferrari and Mclaren.
